We're lovers of food - especially all those extras you add to your plate to make a meal amazing. So we're starting with Kimchi, with a recipe refined from the very same one my mother made for me as a child.
We make premium handcrafted kimchi, made in small batches fresh every week. Quality ingredients create optimal conditions for fermentation, so we use only organic apples, tomatoes & sugar in all of our kimchi's. As a small business, we also want to support local, so whenever possible, we source our produce from local BC farmers too!
The first product available is our traditional Korean kimchi with Napa cabbage and Daikon radish - choose mild or spicy - both come in regular and vegan options!
