Hi! My name is Hope Yang, and I started With/On as a way to bring some of my favourite flavours to everyone's table. Growing up, I ate a lot of my mom's homemade Korean dishes and Mexican food from so many amazing restaurants and taquerias in Southern California. My love of bold flavours and spicy foods comes from these early influences!
I am a classically trained chef, so I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to food quality. All of my kimchi's and sauces are handcrafted in small batches and rely on wild fermentation to get the best tasting products. I'm also passionate about supporting local, so the ingredients I use are sourced from local (B.C.) farms and suppliers as much as possible!
