Collection: Limited Batches

These are kimchi's & sauces we have made in small batches or limited quantities.  Sometimes they're the bonus jars left over from a restaurant special order; sometimes they're from in-season veggies from local farmers that need to be used immediately; and sometimes they're just the result of us testing out new ideas in the kitchen!

Whatever reason they're here, they're a great way to try some new + limited-edition kimchi's!
